Potluck Gawai Celebration Party - 27/05/2010

Gawai Day coming soon - 1st of June and 2nd of June..

Normally I don't celebrate Gawai Day but yet I do feel happy because it will have 2 days public holiday in Sarawak..

This year, got some special ~

My company had held a potluck Gawai celebration party on this Thursday (27/05/2010)..

The party was held during the lunch time from 12pm to 2pm at our company ..

During the party time, they had played the Gawai songs and musics non-stopped to make the atmosphere full of the feel of Gawai Day ..

Both of the pregnant mothers each had won a free gift...

People said the baby will bring the luck to the mother...

In this session, Six of us were chosen to be the candidates...

I was one of them and was quite regret to wear the cheong sam >.<'''

So, let's guess who was the champion of the best traditional costume ^^

Sing K - Kbox - The Spring, Kuching

Kbox started the business few months ago in Kuching,

But I just went to try it on last Saturday..

That was 1 day after my birthday =)

Normally we won't choose to sing K at night because it will be very expensive especially it was a Saturday night..

But, since my friend want to treat us sing K...

So, why not? =D

The package we taken that night total is RM109.00

Free 2 jugs of drinks and 2 bowls of light foods...

Could sing from 8pm - 2am...

There are four of us..

If want to share, basically 1 person only need to pay RM27.00

Compare to KL, of course it was far more cheaper...

Sing at Red Box (KL) can cost RM60.00 per head at Saturday night...O.O

To be honest, in Kbox I could not really find the songs I like to sing...

Seem like many songs din't provide there...

Very disappointing...

And, 1 more thing which made me felt a bit uncomfortable is when it was 2am (time up)...

Every customer walking out to leave the shop...

ALL the waitresses with uniform black in color were stood tidily at the main exit there,

Saying 'Good bye & thanks for coming' to all the customers....

This gave me a feel like I am the head of mafia >.<'''

May be some of the people might enjoy the feeling but not for me...

Secret Recipe - Birthday Celebration 21/05/2010

On the Friday night 21st May 2010...

I had my birthday celebration with my lovely friends and sisters..

They brought me to Secret Recipe, The Spring, Kuching..

At first we reached there, the shop was full and we only able to find a seat outside the shop...

Anyway, the place was many mosquitoes..

So, after we taken the order of drinks, we had moved into the shop...

There are about 12 of us including me that night..

Some of us were having main disks for our dinner but most of us din't...

We had ordered 12 types of different tastes of cakes and the waiters had made it into a circle =)

Induction 17.05.2010-18.05.2010

I was at MasterSkill Main Campus, Cheras Batu 9 ten days...

Basically over the first week I had done nothing except settle down those Human Capital Management matters like thumb print, e-portal, ID number, ID card, medical check up etc...

1 weeks time is more than enough to settle those things..

The rest of my free time I was just sat in the office...>.<

Anyway, on the second week Monday and Tuesday,

I had attended the induction...

I was quite enjoyed during the induction..

Except can learned more about MasterSkill,

I could made some new friends...

Especially those indian from india who were very experienced...=)

During the two days induction, except learned the history, development and the system of MasterSkill...

We did play some games like trust game and do some activities that were given to us...

In the first day, we were given an activity: List down all the program offered by MasterSkill..

We had divided into 2 groups: Group I & Group A...

Each group has 5 person..

Basically I din't really can understand what they spoke...

Their indian slang were very serious...

But I was really happy to know them =)
